Below you will find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for below please feel free to send us an email either via the 'CONTACT US' tab at the top of the page or by emailing [email protected] We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours but please bear in mind that responses may take slightly longer over weekends or public holidays.
Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We will ship worldwide, however for orders outside the UK please email us BEFORE placing an order so we can prodive an accurate shipping quote.
How long do you take to deliver?
Most items are shipped within 3 working days or the order being placed and payment received. This DOES NOT apply to colourmatched items as jewels may need to be espacially ordered creating delays in shipping. For bespoke colourmatched items please allow 2 weeks from payment to despatch date
Do you do next day delivery?
At present we cannot offer next day delivery as I also work full time. I can however do a 48 hour delivery by posting the item on a guaranteed next day delivery the day AFTER it is ordered provided the items are currently in stock. This service will cost extra however so please email us for an accurate quote.
What happens if my items do not arrive?
We very rarely get issues with lost parcels. However in the case of a parcel going astray we will not issue a replacement until after 15 days has passed as this is the time period stipulated by Royal Mail before an item is considered to be lost.

Returns
Can I return my items and get a refund?
Bracelets and Necklaces may be returned for a refund. Goods must be returned at the buyers expense and only the cost of the goods, not the P&P charges will be refunded. Goods returned for a refund must come back in all the original packaging. There is a limit of 21 days for all refunds.
Earrings and sets containing earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Custom and colourmatched items are only refunded at management discretion.
Faulty items will be refunded only when the faulty item has been returned to us. If the fault is down to the manufacture of the goods then a full refund including all postage costs will be issued.
The management retains the right not to refund if we feel the goods have been mishandled or improperly used or cared for.
Colourmatched and custom orders are only refunded at the discretion of the management.
What do I need to do to get a refund?
If you have read the above and feel you may be entitled to a refund you MUST contact the site before sending any goods back. No refunds will be given for any goods sent back without prior contact. In addition all return goods must be returned with the original invoice and all original gift bags or other asoociated packaging.
Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Do you do bulk orders?
We do indeed although please allow 28 days for delivery for all bulk orders.
How do I get an item colourmatched?
We are happy to colourmatch an item for a prom or bridal scheme. Ideally we would like a swatch of the chosen fabric as colour can sometime vary on monitor settings however there are ways this can be overcome. Please note that colourmatched items must be paid for in advance and can only be returned at the discretion of the management.
How many days will a colourmatched item take to arrive?
Please allow 28 days for delivery of colourmatched items.
What is my jewellery made of?
I use a mixture of high quality genuine Swarovski crystal beads, wooden beads and silver and bronzetone findings and finishings.
All findings and finishings whether silvertone or bronzetone are lead and nickel free. I have a reaction to both these metals myself so am very careful to make sure of this in everything I make. Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions about a specific piece.
How do I look after my jewellery?
A full care sheet will be sent out with each piece advising you of the best way to look after your new purchase, along with a storage bag to keep it seperate from your other jewellery pieces. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions
